We help our partners from FMCG and retail to reach out to their existing and future customers. We provide them with the most relevant advertising platform to showcase and promote their products at the right time: during the planning and execution of their household shopping.

Tasks
As QA Engineer you will have the unique opportunity to join us in a strong growth phase and help us to meet our high aspiration towards our product. In doing so, you will report directly to the CTO. The role includes the following:

• You shape & drive the testing process in the company
• You estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate all our testing activities
• You execute some of the tests and coordinate the execution done by the developers (functional tests, regression tests, performance test) and yield helpful feedback to identify discrepancies, defects and problems
• Analyze and describe bugs and errors found during tests and present findings, suggestions and detailed data in an informative manner
• Support the development team in the bug fixing process and monitor the progress

Requirements
At Bring! we have high ambitions and the vision to change the way our customers communicate with consumers. To meet our expectations, your skills and experience should be as follows:

• You have extensive experience in software testing
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• You are experienced in writing and updating test strategies, test plans and test cases
• You use your keen eye for the details, be it on functionality, UI, tracking or performance
• You have experience working in an agile environment
• You are fluent in both written and spoken English, it's a bonus if you speak German
• You live in Switzerland or in the EU
• It's a big plus if you have some experience in software development on iOS and/or Android
