GOOGLE ASSISTANT: NO MORE SUPPORT FOR THIRD-PARTY LIST APPS

GOOGLE ASSISTANT: NO MORE SUPPORT FOR THIRD-PARTY LIST APPS

As of 20 June 2023, Google will stop supporting the integration of Google Assistant Notes & Lists for non-Google apps.

This means that by mid June, you will no longer be able to add items to your Bring! shopping list via Google Assistant.

This decision was made by Google and unfortunately we have no influence on it. The change does not only affect the Bring! app, but also other non-Google note-taking or list apps.

What are the alternatives to Google Assistant?

If you have an iOS or Amazon Echo device, you can still add items to your Bring! shopping list by voice command. Siri and Alexa will work for you as usual and are not affected by the change.

You are an Android user and don't have any other smart assistant at home? Then open the app and get typing until we can provide you with an alternative solution. We have recently improved the entry of item (details) for you.

We hope you continue to enjoy planning and shopping with Bring!
