This is not possible in Bring!
First activate the Bring! Skill in your Alexa app on your smartphone. Go to "More", select "Skills and Games", then "My Skills". Select "Bring! Shopping List", go to the settings and click "Link account". Then log in to Bring! with your account details. If you have several lists, you must set a default list for the Bring! skill before using it for the first time. All items that you add via the Bring! skill will then be set to this list. By the way: Your Alexa shopping list is synchronised with your Bring! default list in real time without you having to open the Bring! skill. Just say, "Alexa, add milk to my list."
First, download the Bring! skill from the Amazon Store. You can then connect the skill to your Bring! account in the Alexa app. You will have to set a default list in the Bring! skill to which all items will be added when using the Bring! Skill. Please also note that you always have to start the Bring! skill each time before adding items to your list.
Start the Bring! skill in Alexa. You can then change your default list with “Change my list to [list name]”.
Please check if you connected your voice assistant to the right Bring! account; it has to be the exact same E-mail address you’re using your Bring! app with. You will have to set a default list in the Bring! action/skill to which all items will be added when using the Bring! action/skill. Try setting the default list and try adding items again.
Start Siri by saying, "Hey Siri, add milk to my shopping list in Bring!" Give permission and you're ready to start using Bring! and Siri. While you're at it, try the following commands:
Also discover templates in the "Inspiration" tab of your Bring! app. To do so, create a new template for your own recipe or shopping list via "+" and share it with Siri via the menu. Then, you can use the generated shortcut in the Apple Shortcuts app to transfer all the items on your template to your default list.
You can also set up Siri on the HomePod and use your Bring! Shopping list by voice command from the comfort of your couch. For setup help, check out the Apple Support.
Have you added items to your Bring! shopping list? You can now set them up as a shortcut in the Apple Shortcuts app. When you add actions to a shortcut, Bring! will make suggestions based on the most recently added items on your shopping list.

Alexa is currently available in the following countries: UK, USA, Germany, Austria, Italy and France.
Unfortunately, Google has stopped the integration of Google Assistant Notes & Lists for non-Google apps. This means that you will no longer be able to add items to your Bring! Shopping List via Google Assistant or Google Home. This decision was made by Google and unfortunately we have no influence on it. This change not only affects the Bring! App, but also other non-Google notes or list apps. If you have an iOS or Amazon Echo device, you can still add items to your Bring! Shopping list by voice command. Siri and Alexa are not affected by the change.
